I thought that with all of this talk about interval training, I would give you a sample workout that you might find interesting.
- Warm-up
- 1 minute treadmill jog
- 20 Kettlebell swings
- 25 Push-ups
- 50 Crunches
- 20 second treadmill sprint
- 30 TRX Rows
- 1 minute treadmill walk
*Perform for 3-5 rounds. Not only will you be switching between the aerobic and anaerobic, but the variation in repetitions will create muscle confusion that will help you burn more calories for several hours after your workout.
