Sample Nutrition

Hello everyone! I completely love posting to my blog and watching to see how people react. It is very rewarding to see my thoughts and experience come to life, and even more rewarding to know that I get to share it with all of you! So the vibe I’m getting, is that you would like to hear a little more about nutrition. No problem. Below is a sample nutrition plan. This, of course, is not meant to be the end all, be all of diets. It is only advice based on my experience. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

Breakfast—Bagel with Neufchatel (it has 33% less fat than cream cheese)

Mid-Morning Snack—protein shake

Lunch—Protein and Starch

Mid Afternoon Snack—Fruit or  Yogurt or Granola Bar

Dinner—Protein (Chicken, Beef, Turkey, Fish), Vegetables

Before Bedtime Snack—Sugar Free Jello (Your body with think it is water)
