- TRX Planks-30 seconds
- TRX Side Planks (Left)-30 seconds
- TRX Planks-30 seconds
- TRX Side Planks (Right)-30 seconds
- TRX Jack-knives-1 minute
- 5 minute treadmill interval-walk, jog, sprint
- 50 BOSU crunches with a Kettlebell
- 50 Standing knee strikes (make sure you pull your belly to the spine)
- 25 Incline Dragon Flags
- 25 Incline Swimmer Kicks
- 25 Incline Scissor Kicks (side to side)
- 5 Ten yard sprints.
