The Core Ripper

It’s the middle of the summer and by now you must be standing in awe of those awesome abdominals. Or maybe they are not as solid as you had hoped for. Whatever the case may be, this is a workout guaranteed to turn that stomach into an ancient laundry device (washboard).

  • TRX  Planks-30 seconds
  • TRX  Side Planks (Left)-30 seconds
  • TRX  Planks-30 seconds
  • TRX  Side Planks (Right)-30 seconds
  • TRX  Jack-knives-1 minute
  • 5 minute treadmill interval-walk, jog, sprint
  • 50 BOSU crunches with a Kettlebell
  • 50 Standing knee strikes (make sure you pull your belly to the spine)
  • 25 Incline Dragon Flags
  • 25 Incline Swimmer Kicks
  • 25 Incline Scissor Kicks (side to side)
  • 5 Ten yard sprints.

*If you get through this once, great. If you can do 2 or 3 rounds, fantastic!

Always maintain a nutrition plan that contains the appropriate amount of calories for your activity level, as this will help define those abdominals. So here it is, now all you have to do is rip your core to pieces!
