urgh....

This hasn't been a good one for me thus far. I can count the number of weight training sessions I have done with my right hand. There is a strength training class at my work once a week. Perhaps, I will drop in and take a peek... gather some ideas.

I find weight training soooooooooo boring. Allright, perhaps, I shall try again.

Do you use free weights or the machines for weight training? Maybe try a lower-body or upper-body toning class. You can also invite a friend. If you really find you cannot get into it, just do it around the house. While doing laundry, lift the basket full of cloths a few different times, you can lift canned food or pots while cooking in the kitchen, or garden. Gardening and raking leaves is a great upper arm and back workout. Good luck!
Hi Nicole! have you ever considered trying power-yoga? I see that you like Yoga, and Power Yoga is a great combination that can keep you excited and interested, while improving your strength.
