I do brisk walk and running for 60-90 min 4 times a week. I need to loose 8 to 10 pounds to reach goal of maintaining ideal figure.

I'm a 26 year-old guy who's very into fitness and eating healthy, but I want to pack on some muscle while minimizing fat accumulation in the process. I want to work on my workout consistency, and appreciate any tips for doing generating the motivation I need to do so.
