I found this list on Texas Women's University's website - it's super-helpful. Here are the few that have made the most impact for me: write down EVERYTHING (I used to try to remember way too much), plan to be there 15 minutes early (yea, I never do, but I'm not as late anymore) and make friends with non-worriers (not that I've ditched my worrier friends, but trying to spend more time with more relaxed people has helped me relax).
