1) Before traveling, try to adjust your sleeping habits so they fit the destination time zone.
2) Try to avoid napping too much while you're on the plane; instead, try to keep yourself busy with books, in-flight films, and of course, getting up and walking around the cabin.
3) Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration, which makes it harder for your body to adjust to a new time zone.
4) Daylight can be enough to reset your internal clock, so try to take a one-hour walk right after waking up in the morning.
5) Avoid lots of caffeine or tobacco.
6) Practice proper sleep habits while you're on your trip--that means few naps and getting 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
