Hit the gym and decided that I need to slowly add more miles to my run. The last few weeks I've been running 5k (3.2) miles so I figured jumping to 4 miles would be easy. And it was. I wasn't going for speed and let's face facts, I'm not a very good or fast runner. But I do enjoy it.
After the run I hit the weights. Jumped around a bit from machine after machine. The gym was a bit busy so I just looked for empty stations and that is how I planed my routine.
At 6pm it was time for Trevor and 24 Cycle class. I gotta admit it was a bit easier than usual. Or maybe I'm just getting use to the class. Either way it was still a good workout.
