Cereal And Milk Is The New Sports Supplement

Over the years I've spent a small fortune on post workout drinks.  I've tried various kinds of protein powders and ready to drink shakes.  Seems like I might have wasted a lot of 090513215408 money as it seems a bowl of cereal and milk do about the same as all those post workout drinks,

Hmm...I still like my chocolate protein powder in milk.  I'll just get me some cereal and skip the chocolate mini-eclairs that I sometimes eat.
