After Saturday's early morning run it was time to get up early but this time only hit the gym. It's another scorching hot day here in LA so I wanted to get inside the gym before it got too hot inside to workout. Did only 10 minutes of cardio warm up on the cross ramp. Then moved on to my typical circuit weight training. Nothing to exciting to report. Later on Amy and I headed to the WeHo Pool for her weekly lap swim. I warmed up a 200 while she got her cap and goggles ready. And that was all I swam. I was going to swim afterwards but considering the dog jumped in the pool and swam 50 yards was a bit faster than those lap swimmers I figured I'd skip the frustration of catching up to the lap swimmers every 10 yards.
