I'm a registered nurse with 25 years of experience in medical/surgical and home health nursing. You have to be a "Jane-of-all-trades" to function in those areas of nursing, so I have a varied knowledge base. My other interests are classic movies, classic TV, reading, music and so much more... :-)

I recently re-started a fitness program called Slim in 6® and have noticed that the strength in my legs have increased. I plan on finishing this program-unlike before. Is there anyone else interested in FINALLY getting fit also?
