My name is Amanda. I'm a 24 year old single mom of a beautiful 3 year old son. I am interested in losing weight, quitting smoking, being healthier, and stress free! I already eat fairly healthy ( nothing carbonated no fried foods etc) but I need to do more! I am limited to the amount of physical activities I can do due to a degenerative disk disease, fibromylagia, and artheritis, so I walk alot. I also suffer from severe depression, so its hard for me to stay motivated when I have low interest to begin with. It's hard for me to make friends, so I'm hoping I can start here. I've been sober and clean for 101 days today (YAY!) I am a recovering addict and alcoholic and ready to start life!

Hi am Rolly, very excited to be joining the team. my main goal is to try a diet that can help with a secondary Endometriosis, have been suffering this for over 12years, i've had major operation in the past, but still no change, I believe my diet could be a factor and need to change to help myself, I was very taking by the diet advised and would want to try this out. any advice on how to start would be greatly appreciated

I am trying a new diet--a new lifestyle really--that focuses on whole grains, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and limits non-whole grains and virtually bans the junk food: pop, chips, chocolate bars, brownies, cookies, etc. I am allowed to have one junk food item every weekend though to reward myself for a dieting week well done. My one dilemma I have encountered so far is with whole grain bread. I cannot find it anywhere! Even in specialized bakeries in my area. All I can find is whole wheat or 9 grain breads (which are basically white bread with added grains into it.
