I don't dislike water, but I have a hard time drinking it as much as I should. So, I have made it a goal so that I can be consciously aware of having to drink it. I wish you all luck!

We all know were suposed to drink water. Cut back or no sodas and depending on the year coffe or no coffee. My goal is to start drinking water. So far durning the week with work i am about 3 glasses a day. This however doesnt even begin to meet the requirements. And when I am at home..... forget it, I dont even think about it. Well its time for me to make this work for me.
