I'm a college student and always on the go. I either eat too little (because of time restrictions) or eat fast food causing me to eat too much (too many calories). I need to find a healthy, FAST, balance.

My name is Amanda. I'm a 24 year old single mom of a beautiful 3 year old son. I am interested in losing weight, quitting smoking, being healthier, and stress free! I already eat fairly healthy ( nothing carbonated no fried foods etc) but I need to do more! I am limited to the amount of physical activities I can do due to a degenerative disk disease, fibromylagia, and artheritis, so I walk alot. I also suffer from severe depression, so its hard for me to stay motivated when I have low interest to begin with. It's hard for me to make friends, so I'm hoping I can start here. I've been sober and clean for 101 days today (YAY!) I am a recovering addict and alcoholic and ready to start life!

I am 51 years old and want to take off at least 10-15 lbs. I am 5'8" but I have a slender frame and do not need to weigh any more than 125-130 lbs. It is hard to eat smart when you eat on the go with kids. I feel that my weight loss will help with the fibromyalgia and arthriris that I have. I just want to feel better.
