Hey there, Lucy and Joe. I'm Melissa, and am also attempting to resist the deceiving charm of dessert! I'm hypoglycemic, so my relationship with sweets is a troubled one. Still I just can't seem to break things off! I think it's great that you two joined Wellsphere together, and I could really use the support of some dedicated members like yourselves in my struggle to ditch sweets!
