Average Weight Loss is 30lbs. and 30 inches You will receive: Your own personal coach Group Support and much, much more! Learn about Nutrition and Exercise! Registration Money is paid out in CASH PRIZES to the winners. Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent. All particpants must email an updated picture to verify reported results once a week. $1.00 penalty paid for each pound gained during the challenge. Payouts are as follows: 50% - 1st place - person who loses the most percentage of body weight. 30% - 2nd place - person who loses the most percentage of body weight. 20% - 3rd place - person who loses the most percentage of body weight. Males and Females will be placed in one group. The person who loses the most inches wins the money collected for pounds gained. All health and nutrition information will be emailed to all participants and follow calls from a Wellness Coach. My goal is to lose 20-25 lbs permanently over the next 6 months. I'm in the gym everyday and even walk or bike to work everyday. I hope this team can keep me motivated.

Hey everybody, i'm new here but i'm here on a mission. I need to lose 63 pounds before my birthday in april next year. I've only got 7 months to do this and i would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out here and there.
