I practically always eat whole grains in breads, pastas, etc. One of my favorites is whole grain wraps to make chicken or tuna wraps.

I want to include 3 servings of whole grains a day in my diet. On the weekend I'll have more time to cook brown rice (45 min.) instead of white rice (20 min). Last weekend I made my family lasagne with whole wheat lasagna noodles from Trader Joes and we all liked it just fine--not much difference once the sauce softens up the pasta!
