Hello, I am trying to recover from a back injury. I need to do yoga to help me strengthen them my back & stretch as well. I am hyper mobile as well so I am supposed to be careful how how much I am doing. Sometimes I can't feel the stretch & over extend my self & end up pulling a muscle or something & then I'm out for a coupla weeks. I have been doing PRP & prolotherapy on my spine, knees, shoulder & just feet. I just did my right shoulder, right knee & right foot with prolotherapy yesterday. So no yoga for me for about 4 days. Here is a link in case any one is interested. Here are 2 good sites if yo want to learn about it. I also do PRP. The second site has info about that. Can't wait to get on the road to recovery & do some yoga in a few days! http://www.prolotherapy.com/prolodefine.htm http://www.caringmedical.com/therapies/prolotherapy.asp
