Bio

I was recently diagnosed with Myofacial Pain Syndrome.  My pain is severe.  I can't sleep worth anything, and I live off of soup.  I feel nauseaed most of the time.  My husband is currently serving in Afganistan.  My family is lcated in Oklahoma and Texas.  Heat is the only thing I have discovered that helps my pain at all.  Any suggestions?  Desperate.
