Hello everyone. My name's Tom and I enjoy exercising at least four times per week at my local gym. I'm naturally quite skinny so the main focus of my workouts is to gain some muscle mass. However, I also enjoy an intense running session once in a while.
Apart from physical exercise I enjoy reading and learning about all aspects of health & fitness. I regularly post my findings to my Free Fitness Tips blog which you are welcome to check out for further information.
