Target: Eat more fruits & vegetables 5 servings per day 7 times per week
To walk more on a daily basis
Target: Walk 2 miles 3 times per week
Do stretching/strength exercises for RSI 3 times a week
Target: Stretch 20 minutes 3 times per week
Exercise: 30 minutes 3 times per week.
