I'm heading off to one of the places that I consider to be HEAVEN ON EARTH--Crested Butte, Colorado. It's my semi annual "girls trip" full of relaxation, conversation and self-indulgence. Unfortunately, I probably won't be doing much physical activity as I finish recovering, but the short time away will be fantastic nonethless, even if I spend all day looking out the window at this view!!
I'm anxious to get back into the swing of a normal workout routine. It's amazing how easily I slip into over-indulgence mode. I'll be back in the Zone next week as well!
