Ch-ch-ch-changes!

Posted Apr 23 2009 5:25pm
Why am I still amazed at the overwhelmingly-generous response from the blogging community whenever I ask for help? You'd think I'd have learned by now how awesome y'all are!

I thoroughly read through every comment, and, after weighing the pros and cons, decided: I'm going to Wordpress! Yay! I'm so excited; I already imported my blog, and it looks much more organized in the new format. I've got big things planned for Baby Blog, including...

My first-ever chocolate-covered GIVEAWAY! Get excited; it's a big one (well, not as big as a Vitamix, but let's face it-- nothing is).

I'm also working on Wordpress pages, which will hopefully make it much easier to navigate through all the chocolate-covered recipes I've posted over the past few years.

Sorry I've been MIA on all your blogs. Making a new blog is time-consuming, but once it's all up and running, I can hopefully comment on more of your posts. Please know I'm still reading!

As I've said before: I appreciate everyone who takes the time to leave me a comment on my blog, so it's only fair for me to return the favor.

If anyone has a question for the FAQ page, send it my way (either in a comment on this post or in an email). Thanks bunches and bunches!

Chocolate-Covered Song of the Day
Man! I Feel Like a Woman
(Shania Twain-- she's apparently a vegetarian!)

It was wiiiiiiindy out there this morning. (Whoever dubbed Chicago the "Windy City" had obviously never been to Dallas.) But listening to songs like the one above enabled me to have a fun run regardless.

Chocolate-Covered Meal of the Day

Lunchies (yesterday) consisted of a huge bowl of veggies and bulgur. Poor bulgur is shy and didn't want his picture taken, so he hid under a Veggie Blanket. I covered the big mess of deliciousness with some Three-Ingredient Alfredo Sauce. (Yes, I still use agar. I like the finicky little guys! But I bet the sauce could be made using silken tofu instead.)

A banana and a small glass of my fave ricemilk completed the sumptuous ensemble.
