I took
Alton Brown's recipe and veganized it! I used Earth Balance shortening, flax seeds for the egg, and soy milk for the milk, obviously.
Now I long for Seattle and
Mighty-O's no more. I am still making the basics: Cinnamon Sugar, Glazed, and Powdered Sugar. I really want to try a filled doughnut but I need to get a proper insertion tool first.
