I have a lot of blogging and blog reading to catch up on. I have gotten lazy and just enjoyed the break that we had without giving much thought to documenting my food. I don't have a whole lot to share but I do have some blurry pics from our Christmas dinner. I was in too much of a rush to eat to fuss with it. We had chickpea cutlets, stuffing, the mushroom gravy from v'con minus the mushrooms, mashed sweet potatoes, and green bean casserole made with Imagine Foods portobello mushroom soup.
Dessert was the ginger carrot cake from Vegan with a Vengeance. I have blogged about this before but it is definitely worth another mention if you didn't know this already. It's only the best cake ever.
