The dish that I made last night was Chili-Lime Tofu from VeganYumYum. I served the tofu over udon noodles instead of quinoa, just because that is what we were in the mood for, and had steamed broccoli on the side. I did change the recipe a little bit to alter to fit what I had and our personal taste. I omitted the collards because I didn't have any. Also, I doubled the sauce, leaving out the mint, and I didn't have fresh garlic so I just used some garlic powder. I also used Bragg's liquid aminos instead of soy sauce or tamari. I didn't get the sauce to really glaze like it was supposed to but I think that is just because I was impatient and hungry and didn't give it long enough. Either way, it was yum! Or should I say....YumYum!....ha
