Easy but important stretches for the sensitive hamstring which is right behind the knee and in the back of your upper legs. She does downward dog, seated floor bends and some other great positions which she doesn't name.
Shez B.Dec 19 2007I have incredibly tight hamstrings. It is one of the parts of the body that doesn't seem to be changing the way everything else does. My particular difficult posture is the one where you kick your leg up...It kills me. I will just keep working out it. Good video!Reply

Stephanie B.Dec 23 2007...and this "Ford Model" obviously does not. Because she doesn't understand the limitations, right off the bat her first bit of stretching is impossible for those with tight hamstrings to even attempt. Reply
