5 Goals in 6 Days

I haven't gone to weigh in yet so I won't have that result until 10:00 or so.

I just wanted to comment on my goals for this week and how I feel about them as a whole.

5 Goals for 6 Days:
  1. Get back to cooking! Find some new recipes and spice things up a bit.
  2. Pack a lunch - It's tastier and CHEAPER!
  3. Focus on filling foods and getting in the healthy guidelines.
  4. Exercise: Make time for at least 15 minutes... something is better than nothing.
  5. Prioritize and eliminate: Some things NEED to get done and others can WAIT.
I focused on these goals this week and I am really proud of myself for that. I must admit though that I don't feel any lighter. Normally I can tell when I've lost because I just feel better but this week I actually feel a bit bloated.

I am happy that I set these goals for this week because it got me back to cooking and looking for recipes. The Quinoa and Spinach recipe will definitely be a new staple in my eats. In fact, I'm going to head over to Bulk Barn after my meeting today to pick up some more. I love cooking and I love food so new recipes are always exciting.

I'm still trying to figure out what I am going to do for next week's goals but I'll include those goals with this week's WI.
