A good weight loss solution: know the problem

If the only thing you recognize is that you're a size 14 when you want to be a 4, or that you weigh 170 when you want to weigh 120, then you are blind.

If you don't recognize HOW YOU GOT THERE, then no matter how much weight you lose, you'll most likely gain it back. You'll have no trouble getting back to 170 again without knowing how, why, when, or where.

You can't fix a problem unless you know how it works, how it got to be a problem, what caused it, what keeps it in place.
