Thanks to everyone for your “jewels of advice." I have been seeing a therapist for a year now to figure out how to get unstuck and back on track. Like Valarie, it is not working in the weight loss area for me.
You are all amazing in your insight and I have been re-motivated to try again. I have noted my favorites and will use frequently:
- journal what I eat
- journal what I feel
- move
- just maintain if not losing at the moment
- take it slow
- live from the inside out
- just do it
- get to core issues
- forgive myself
- cut out sugar and flour
- “redline weight”
- give it another try because
