I've been going through some financial stuff lately and debt consolidation has been on my mind lately. There's a lot to know about finances and I'm learning it. I should have started sooner but, oh well.

consolidate debt and came across this site that is just awesome.
I love that they don't try to tell you it's easy, anyone can do it, a little discipline and you'll be fine, blah, blah, blah,....... The first article I came to was 12 reasons why
homeownership is for suckers. They are only the 2 time I've ever heard people say that renting may be the best option. One thing I heard years ago that always stuck with me was that you have to decide if the lifestyle you want to live can be rented or can you buy it? That made a lot of sense to me and still does.
They have a bunch of other great articles and it looks like they keep adding to them. This is one site I'm going to bookmark and check frequently. It has some great information in there and it's not the standard stuff. That's why I like it so much. Check it out, I bet you'll find something you can use.
