Dieting Successfully is Keeping Hope Alive: How?

Posted Apr 23 2009 12:56am

by Maria's Last Diet

In the heart of every woman dieter is hope. The hope is: this time I'll really do it.

Is this you? Is this your hope when you begin a new diet?

If you want to bring your hope to fruition, please consider doing something different this time. Try solving those intractable dieting problems: the ones that stalled your diet, the ones that prevented the start of your diet, the ones that steered you off your diet.

How about some help from a problem solver, a weight-loss tool that can keep you on your diet? With that kind of resource in your corner, you could square off against all those diet spoilers like the afternoon slump, feeling ambivalent, losing faith, being too self-critical, not having time to devote to yourself, not believing in yourself, feeling too restricted, craving comfort food, feeling conflicted, losing self-control. The list goes on and on.

Is there such a tool? Funny you should ask. Maria's Last Diet now introduces Diet Tuffy. It is one of those cool inventions that gets you thinking outside the box when you want to keep on your diet.
