Dieting support you can give yourself

Are you on a diet? How's it going?

Sometimes you start a diet all fire and positive energy. Sometimes that mood doesn't last.

If you're finding along your diet road that your energy, positive thinking, trust in yourself to do it - all of it is weakening - we're here to tell you, that's only natural.

So if you find yourself up against this all too common weight loss challenge, see if you can harness some new energy.

Where will you find a source of new energy?

If you really want to lose the weight, it's critical at this kind of juncture to do some re-thinking.

Here's a different way to look at things. Let's assume:

  1. You want to be thinner
  2. You want to feel better physically
  3. You want to feel better about yourself in general
  4. You want to look better
  5. You want to finish what you started

For the next two weeks, try to keep the following weight loss goal in mind: I will tailor my behavior so it fits in well with losing this weight.

Try out having only this goal for the next two weeks. It's not too much to ask of yourself.
