Thanks for your dieting tips. I need them.
The food, the diet, the thin fantasy - whatever the latest diet, I get completely sucked in. Should I tell you how many diets I've been on? Some worked great but I've never been able to stick it out to my goal. I have never been able to lose these 30 lbs and keep them off.
I know what you mean when you say it's never just about the food, much as I hate to admit it. I want to just go lo carb and get thin and stay thin. It sounds so easy, but it isn't really.
My innate tendency is to eat too much. I don't really know why. But when I go on a diet, that tendency eventually wins out and bye bye diet.
So now I'm going to clear my mind.
I'm thinking that my eating is a stress response more than anything, and I am now going to pay a lot of attention to that.
