When you go on a weight loss diet, where is your mission control?

Who's in charge? Are you?

The diet itself works only if you can be in charge. What does this mean? Well, it means many things, but basically being in charge means:

  • The weight loss diet you go on is one you like
  • You have worked it out so that the cooking and/or eating can be easily placed into your life
  • You get support from at least one person close to you
  • You know how to pick yourself up after a diet failure (slip) and continue from there
  • You are aware of your high risk situations that cause overeating
  • You are dedicated to learning as you go

The more in charge you are the more you can make weight loss success happen. The weight loss diet can't work you - you need to work the diet.
