Friday. Bad mood day - watch out.

Weight - Haven't yet, though yesterday's ALL TIME LOW would be nice to stick with. And it's good!  153 lbs.  Go intestinal troubles!  Go eColi!  I really do wonder if I got it.  I still feel like, uh, shit.

  • Outta bed - I tried something different for once.  I took one scoop of BSN Lean Dessert Protein (Chocolate Fudge, if it matters) and shook the crap out of it in a " Blender Bottle"  (review to come) with some cool filtered water, and added it to my usual unsweetened soy cappuccino.  It mixes AWESOMELY, with no CLUMPS.  So, there's an actual "breakfast."  (Since I never really eat a damn thing until mid-day, and all evening long.)
  • 1 graham cracker.  (Then I threw them out.  Something not "allowed" in the house.  I can easily eat a stack of them over the afternoon, once the inside pack is open, I dig in and pick at them.  They make my blood sugar do somersaults, and then there's peanut butter smearing children ... so... no.)
  • 1 serving Trader Joes' Grits (50 calories) plus real butter (50 calories) or more, I don't know, I didn't measure, but I dumped on it, immediately.  That's my payback, I had to lay down and die.  But it passed.  And my meter is off because I am going in the shower, so I don't even know if it effected my blood sugar, but it was only 11 grams of carbs.
  • Emerald Salt & Pepper Cashews (Review to come)
  • 1 slice wheat bread
  • 1 low carb tortilla, cheese
  • Unsweetened decaf soy cappuccino
  • Trader Joe's White Beans
