Gettin' A Sweat On For Beginners

I'm loving this warmer weather here in good old Sydney Town.

Spring is here and it is rockin!

Now is the time to get outside and blow off your winter cobwebs.

Now is the time to take action to get the body that you deserve by Summer time.

Even if you have never done a workout before, you can start my my Aussie Fatblast Beginners Body Weight Exercises.

I like to call it the Aussie Fatblast Beginners Body Weight Blitz.

6 simple exercises.

No weights required.

Get your heart rate up and leave your excuses at the door.

The game plan is:

3) Waiters Bows

4) Side Plank

5) Hover

6) Back Extensions
