Its funny, even though it's Christmas and life is filled with food, I feel more positive about this month than I did November. I have high hopes that this month will net me a good loss. I need to lose 10 pounds by January 7 to be at a 50 pound loss for the year. I really, really want to do this. So its on with the detailed planning and sharp eye on food intake. This will be a good month!
