The lost inches tells me you have lost fat.

Get your bodyfat% checked...a Tanita bioimpedance scale is a cheap & easy way to do this

If you want to lose more, you may need to address you diet

I have been eating a carb and a protein.  I eat breakfast, 10:00 snack, lunch, 3:00 pm snack and then I eat dinner.  A 1/2 before I work out I drink light muscle milk but only 1/2 and then I drink the other half when I am done.  i drink at least 64 ounces of water. I average about 1200-1300 calories.  I do not fry food.  Someone said I should eat more calories.  Thank you for any help.  cin1127
