
A smart diet can always start by changing your eating habbits, a little trick is to get a small note pad that you can carry in your pocket and write down everything that you eat and drink that entire morning, day, and night. Do this for about 2 weeks, and then take a look at how much you are eating, and how healthy or un-healthy it really is for you.
Next your going to start substituting some of the foods, so if your eating fast food twice a week you can now try and cut it down to once or twice a week, or if your drinking a lot of pop then you can now substitute that for water or juice, or even diet pop.
Dont try and make all these big changes at once because it is way to hard, but after a few weeks of changing your diet I know you will see results. But keep writing down your foods and see if you can keep it up.
