Interview with Jimmy Smith re Low Carb v. High Carb dieting for Fat Loss

Posted Jan 27 2009 8:16pm
Last week I posted about " 3 Things to Drop Body Fat" that I got from a newsletter from Jimmy Smith. I ranted a little about low carb, high fat dieting that he recommended and how it is such a confusing message.

I also commented that I didn't want to have "Jimmy Smith physique" so maybe what I was doing was just fine for now. Well Jimmy Smith stumbled across my post and wants a chance to speak a little about this topic. We have exchanged a few emails and he is interested in being interviewed about this topic, so stayed tuned for a post forthcoming where he will explain a little more about this and how it may not just apply to the stereotypical - in his words - "23 year old who takes supplements and wants to look shredded." I thought this would be interesting, especially if the message is geared toward you and I or the "average" WWer, or non-bodybuilder type.

Stayed tuned for straight from the horses mouth :-)
