Whew. That's a load off my mind!

You know the feeling - light as air.

A load off your mind can translate into a load off your body too.

Whatever the factors that add up to worry for you, dealing with them straight on is the best way to go - eating over them, one of the worst.

You may automatically reach for food to self medicate, calm down, feel better. In the long run, you'll feel worse by doing it. Not only what's disturbing you remains unsolved, but you'll gain weight, and that brings you down as well.
