Is self-help part of your diet plan

Have you been unsuccessful at sticking to a weight loss plan? So what part of you doesn't cooperate when you go on a diet?

        Is it your childish part: "No one can tell me what to do!"

        Is it your hopeless part: "I'll never be able to lose the weight I want to lose."

        Is it your perfectionist part: "This mistake means the diet is over."

        Is it you impatient part: "I dieted all week and only lost 1 lb."

        Is it your afraid part: "Who will I be if I lose weight?"

        Is it your greedy part: "I want to have more than anyone else."

You don't need to be the best dieter who ever lived. You just need to recognize and deal with your own personal roadblocks.
