Last Seen in June...

I've slacked off and my waistline is paying for it. I was walking and had taken Circuit Training class 2 days a week. Now I need to make up for lost time and get back to where I was...when I had more stamina, woke up energetic and generally felt great. It didn't hurt that my clothes fit on me better. LOL

Sticking to regular exercise is not always easy. It happens to everyone. Just get back on track, I am sure you will do great.
