If you are looking for some weight loss, try this simple, homemade drink.
Take a cup of warm water.
Squeeze half a lemon into it.
Add honey (optional)
Drink this on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
Benefits:
1. Because this eliminates water retention, many people find it effective in weight loss.
2. Lemon is alkaline in nature and helps in flushing out the body toxins.
3. Helps in constipation.
4. There is a debate as to the
usefulness of adding honey. Some say that honey has sugar, so it is best avoided while others find lemon and honey to be a good combination. You can try it both ways to see what works best for you.
