In the last 16 months I have lost 75 pounds thanks to the community support here at Wellsphere, my family and friends, and I guess myself as well. I have been trying to lose weight and get active/healthy for 20 years and I am simply amazed that I have kept up the focus and determination for this long and have achieved such great results. I am not a pat yourself on the back kind of guy, but I think I can give Jeff a little "props" at this point. I still go to the gym 5 days a week and do my thing....I have been trying to work Yoga into my routine mostly unsuccessfully......I also have been losing weight slooooowly recently. This is actually OK because I have been enjoying my life. It is OK to eat or drink things that may not be "good for your diet" or "off your routine" as long as you get right back on your routine when you are done.......That's life...and I am in it for life...I will NEVER go back to the way I was. I started at 290 pounds in Jan 07 and am now 215 on my way to 200 pounds...I will let you know when I get there.......
