Monday.

Weight

  • 166 lbs.  Argh.  Last night's weight in musta been a fluke.

Ate

  • Breakfast - ISS Oh Yeah! Protein Wafers
  • Snack - Three bites leftover lasagna, changed my mind, threw it away (err, pouch changed it's mind!)
  • Lunch - ISS Oh Yeah! Protein Wafers
  • Snack - 2 crackers, baby carrots and pickle +1 oz hummus, 1/2 of a peanut butter cookie
  • Dinner - Um.  A blur?  Grazing happened.  Why?  I spiraled into a low blood sugar after the previous snacks (didn't test, but it was intense, but I was aware of it - and started eating again - and I came back up immediately)  I'm blaming the the fact that I ate enough food to raise my blood sugar - and I crashed.  Since then, I had 1 oz turkey, 1/2 jalapeno cheese roll with butter spray, 1 flax tortilla + 1.5 oz cheddar cheese melted.
