Today’s Munday’s Motivation is from a book I’ve quoted previously and is in the top 2 books I’ve read this year – Mark Burnett’s Jump In!

If you’ve never read this book from the creator of Survivor and The Apprentice (just to name 2 killer shows) you are missing out.

Mark’s mantra is a great one and I think this can be applicable to anybody no matter what path you are walking in life:

“Moving forward, always forward”

Always Moving Forward Helps You Keep Nailing Those Goals!

Always Moving Forward Helps You Keep Nailing Those Goals!

No matter if your path is a mission to maximise your fat loss results

No matter whether your path is a mission to make your business successful

No matter if your path is to find the love of your life

Whatever it is you always need to be moving forward.

I really like this mantra of Marks.

I’ll give you a little bonus tip here too. I always say to myself each day “What can I do today to get me closer to my goals?”

Some days it’s only something little like contacting someone or putting up a certain blog post with a certain message.

Today it was filming a workout video that people in my Bodyweight Transformation Challenge are about to get shortly.

Try and move forward in your life each and every day and definitely let me know in the comments section below if this tip has helped you like it helped me.
