Checking in October 2008......I am at 203 lbs! These last 10 lbs have been challenging to lose, but this is the ancient fat people! I have been keeping my workout regiment and even added a few new things to my routine. I lead a normal life and eat well, not denying myself my cravings. I just keep everything in moderation and eat smaller portions. If I go out to eat, I make sure to ask the server for sauce and dressing on the side so I can control it. No fried food or other meals high in saturated fat. (ok, sometimes I do, but MODERATION is the key.) I feel great and am looking forward to these last 3 lbs falling off!
