One weight loss solution

Dear Maria...

I have a mini eating binge every day around the same time - somewhere between 3 and 5 in the afternoon.

I've heard so many overweight women say they don't binge eat. So I wonder how they get fat. My little binges are not so severe, and I am maybe only 15 lbs heavier than what I'd like to be. But those 15 lbs and that everyday little eating party are so so hard for me to eliminate.

It's a little like people who smoke. I have a friend who only smokes 7 or 8 cigarettes a day but those few are so important to her, she can't seem to give them up.

When I think about it, I'm not sure how to get through the hours between 3 and 5 without this terrible habit. I'm just so attached to it, and that's what is keeping the 15 lbs sticking like glue.

Maybe in the real world of women with weight problems this doesn't seem like much. But to me it's a problem that matters, and I want very much to solve it.

Now I'm starting to figure it out and I feel so good about it. I think if I can actually do this, then I can do anything.
